I did a Bachelor's in Psychology at the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo. I am a Fulbright Alumni and got my Master's in Mental Health Counseling at the City College of New York. I am currently enrolled at the Colegio Dominicano de Psicólogos.
WHAT IS YOUR PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND?
The duration of therapy depends on the availability of the client or on the topics that they bring to therapy. Some clients come with specific themes, and other clients desire a longer and deeper process when it comes to their personal growth. The duration depends on what each client desires.
HOW LONG DO I NEED TO BE IN THERAPY?
I try to carry my sessions with a weekly or biweekly frequency. In specific cases, I can work with clients two times a week. The frequency of the session is based on your therapeutic needs and pace of life.
HOW FREQUENTLY DO I NEED TO GO TO THERAPY?
For the initial session, the payment needs to happen before our session to secure your space. After we continue working together, the payment can happen in person or can be transfered to a bank account. The transfer information will be provided once you have requested an appointment.
Currently, I don't work with insurance. However, each client gets a receipt of their payment which they can take to their insurance company and to the reimbursement process in case it applies.
DO YOU WORK WITH INSURANCE?
Online sessions: Tuesdays from 5 PM to 7 PM; Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10 AM to 12 PM.
In-person sessions: Wednesdays and Thursdays from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
What is YOur work schedule?
Besides individual therapy, I also do group work and I do talks based on a variety of topics.

Therapy is for for you is you want to create a deep understanding of who you are and the patterns in your life. It will also help you find balance in your life and create more satisfying relationships.
HOW DO I KNOW IF THERAPY IS FOR ME?
I work with self-esteem issues, depression, anxiety, breakups, identity issues, toxic relationships, decision making, finding work-life balance, amongst other things.
